Are you looking to add a moment of peace and wellness to your busy schedule? Look no further!

West Hub is delighted to announce our FREE weekly Yoga sessions, held every Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

Delivered in collaboration with the University Sports Centre, these sessions are a key component of the newly launched Wellbeing Programme at West Hub. Take time out of your busy day to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

How to Sign Up:

STEP 1: Sign up as a free 'Pay As You Train' member with the Pay As You Train sign upUniversity Sports Centre before making your first booking. 

 

STEP 2: Make your booking (You might be prompted to download the App). It's worth rememberingYoga session booking code that you will not be able to book the class until 7 days in advance. Bookings open on Tuesday at midnight for the following week. 

Even though bookings in the app are made through the 'Active Staff' portal, these sessions are open to all.

If you find yourself unable to attend a session that you've booked, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking. Due to high demand for these sessions, cancelling your booking will allow someone else the opportunity to participate. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
